Watts Over Wetzel (W.O.W.) - Electric Fly-in New Haven, MI Site: RCCD Flying Field, located in Wetzel State Park Time: 8:45 am - Pilots' meeting, 9:00 am - Flying starts Rain date - May 16th Description: A fly-in for any electric powered R/C aircraft: •No size restriction - small or large •Helicopters welcome - dedicated area provided Battery Charging: •110 V is available for battery charging. , or you may bring your own 12V source. F For the safety of all, charging is not permitted in the vehicle parking area. Tour d'Michigan Kalamazoo, MI The Tour d'Michigan is a collaborative effort of three Michigan model aviation clubs ~ The West Michigan Smoke Rings, The Lansing Area Flying Aces, and the Broome Park Circle Burners. The purpose is to have fun while promoting the hobby/sport of Control Line flying. The chosen format offers something for every skill level. Each event will consist of 6 - 7 events selected from a pool of possible events. Craftsmanship will also be judged at each event.
