Shawano Big Bird Shawano, Wisconsin Site: Club flying field, 2 miles south of Shawano on highway 22. Signs on hwy. at our lane. Time: 9 AM till 4 PM Description: This is a Big Bird Event, 80" monoplane 60" biplanes. Just a frendly fly in with fellowship and no competition FLYER Contact: James R. Prairie Lakes Float Fly Cedar Falls, IA Site: Prairie Lakes Park, Cedar Falls - Take US 20 exit #224 (Hudson Rd & UNI Dome) then 1 mile North to Viking Road, turn right on Viking Road to Park Entrance. Check-In is at the North Picnic Shelter. Description: Prairie Lakes Float Fly is a non-competition event for any aircraft that can fly off of water and R/C boats too. The lake is a 25 acre recreational lake. A retreival boat will be on site. Beverages will be available for purchase. Fast food restaurants are nearby for lunch.
